Hey, I don’t know if that’s how you want your setup to be, but did you tried bringing the charleston more closer to you and the snare more far from you?
For the snare you’re using your wrists only but that’s soo tight to your chest/body.. too close for my opinion..
while for the charleston you’re extending your whole arm away and you barely can hit the crash on the left (from your perspective).
I think you should find a better balance in your kit so you don’t have to restrain yourself in that way.
(This is what I think obviously! if you like how your setup is, don’t mind me! Also you’re really good despite it looking weird, at least for me, so yeah keep up the good work!)
