So, a couple of things: they are MTH’s second band, that they put together in the last year. These 5 people are the selected ones from a choice from 1000 people from an audition they made back then.
Second thing: this is a COVER of the Maximum The Hormone song. The people involved in this video were originally in the original (sorry for repetition) video, in what.. 2005?06?
This band is called COTTELE (but you can pronounce the kana-s… altho it’s long, that’s why I prefer COTTELE (because katakana for the name looks like COTTELE which is what MTH are about. I don’t really remember what cottele really is (please if there’s an harapeko here who knows exactly, tell me/us!) , but a jap woman told me (again, I don’t remember well) that it was about food (and maybe visceral stuff?.. my memory is shit sorry ahha) which is the thing MTH are talking about recently since Ryo’s weight loss.
There’s a single out there (the one at the end of the video) but only 1 other (MTH cover) song is just them, the other 2 have some guests to sing. Uhm.. It would be difficult to link you the file but if you want, I’ll do it. 🙂
Btw, I don’t think I ever wrote to you guys but I currently have another yt channel with (more or less) every music video, all DVDs and some live shows(I will upload more in future) but since every video is not public (copyrights problems) I have playlists that includes all my uploaded videos. Edit: About the screamer, they are still a young band and altho they have MTH helping them, they still need time, so don’t worry! Maybe in a couple of years they will be doing good things! Him expecially, I much prefer the other song where he growls and he’s much more better at that than scream xD

Don’t know how they do this, but mixing all the genres somehow works at the end.

You guys missed the extra Ryo scene and a teaser for maximums next video.
Believe or not I heard about this band from Akene, in an interview she was asked who she was listening to. She said Maximum the Hormone because she liked the drummer who’s a woman. For me the jury is still out.
