Yeah it’s an older song from Maximum the Hormone, they just shortened the first intro then finished it with complete video 🙂

They already sold their new “album” in November.
It’s not sold as an album but a manga with a CD. The CD contains 3 new songs (maximum the hormone II, VAP, Golden guy), and a remix of an older song (Haiyani spain) + a fake movie trailer audio. They did sell the CD on its own, but it was more expensive than the full set, which means they want you to buy the manga.
This song is a song from ages ago, and they uploaded the full video of it as a New year present to us (in Japan we have a tradition of sending presents/money to relatives on new years day).

While I appreciate these short reaction videos, I am still waiting for you to do Japanese band reactions again, and I mean bands that you haven’t heard of yet. I understand that maybe some videos are blocked in Canada so it can be hard to find material, but if you can find them, I hope you do react to them. Please react to Plastic Tree, Amazarashi, Kenshi Yonezu, Burnout Syndromes, Rookiez Is Punk’d, and Blue Encount. There are others but those are the ones I can remember right now. If not, then please react to the latest releases from TK of Ling Tosite Sigure or Spyair. Not sure if those are available in your country, though.
