This is one of my favorite MTH song! This song is about depression and this is their awareness song.
The song means in English “Ode To Bluetiful People”, since the Japanese loves doing “word play” the word Utsu (鬱) means depress but Utsukushiki (美しき) means beautiful, Hito means (人）person and uta （歌）means song.
