I think if they put some time into the covers they would be even better They do them for fun , all this was done at there houses and mixed in together .Props for the full screen Hazuki I brow lift mister Editor. 8 days to the release of Hypnosis (a Haraguchi-san(Bass) composed song with Hazuki lyrics )
Really like your editing in this one, it’s pretty fun. Especially when you maximized the video at Hazuki’s eyebrow raise ;).
I think the production is better the way it is. It’s a cover they played for fun from home so I don’t think it has to be polished much. For me it would only make it seem a bit try-hard (even though that’s not really the word I’m looking for) if they tried to polish it to a level where they could put the song on an album. I like when it sounds a bit raw (or muffled like you said) and not over-edited like so many Japanese bands’ liveshow Bluray releases. Also, I think Tamu uses the electric drum kit because of her daughter and the volume level in general. The real kit would probably be way too loud to play in their home and it probably wouldn’t be worth it for her to go to her/the studio alone just for one or even a few cover song.

I actually like the muffled sound. It’s just a cover they done for fun, if they did this for an album it would have much more attention. I think this and Given up are my favourites of the covers so far.
Its a wonder….that during the last major Japanese lockdown, they were able to record any music !!!
Talking about maximum the hormone, what about the guy made by element 79 in the periodic table?
They really seem to love MTH. It’s what I get every time I see a cover from them, not that the covers from other songs are bad, not even close to it, but sometimes they feel almost bored, like the songs just aren’t energetic enough(and some of them really aren’t). That never happens with MTH covers.

Ease up on the recording quality, it looks like it was done in their home, the poor drummer could hardly swing her arms
