This is one of their best covers. It has everything, I absolutely love it. Killer song that suits their style very well. You can tell how much they all are really into it. Mayu’s vocals talents are unreal, plus she has the rock and roll attitude and charisma. Tamu’s baby is super adorable. Hazuki’s cheeky look at the camera makes me smile every time. Both Saki and Hazuki’s headbanging are especially epic in this song but Haraguchi-San wins this round. Nemophila is the best.

Nemophila is an outstanding metal band from Japan. All of them are so talented. To me, Nemophila is my No. 3, Band-Maid is my No. 2, and Lovebites is my No. 1. Some people say that rock is not dead, it just moved to Japan. Japan is currently the country with more all-female rock bands in the world.
I guess that eventually you’re going to react to Lovebites, so my recommendations are “Thunder vengeance”, “Set the world on fire”, “Shadowmaker”, “Hammer of wrath” and “Break the wall” (all live, because these women really shine in their live performances). By the way, they performed at Wacken Open Air, Germany, in 2018, with great success.
For a different side of Band-Maid, I suggest “Daydreaming”.
Special mention to Show-Ya, the legendary Japanese all-female metal band, active since the 80’s and they have just released the video of the song “Eye to eye”.
Another excellent legendary Japanese band is Ningen Isu (three men)
Other excellent Japanese bands are “Unlucky Morpheus”, “Galneryus”, “Wagakki Band”, “Versailles”, “Mardelas”, “Fate gear”, “Aldious”, “Asterism”, “D_Drive”, “Trident”, etc.
