Hey TGun….yessss, finally MTH. Welcome to the weird and wonderful world of Maximum The Hormone. A surreal blend of the best bits of any genres possible, crunched into a uniquely kick-ass signature style. Japan’s finest. Been a great fan since 2007 and they are truly a cult band not just in Japan but around the world. For initial impressions we always try to define them as punk-metal, nu metal, System of A Down rip-off….blah blah. Just don’t try to label them, many things influenced them of course but their sound is just Maximum The Hormone. That’s why they’re legends!
If you’re adventurous, do check out further songs from them, ( Hungry Pride being one of their more “straightforward” songs)…I tell you the rabbit hole is deep.
