Short background to this song. Guitarist (Maximum the Ryo) had health issues due to his weight. So he lost lot of weight and got bullied by the own fans, telling he was more cute when he was chubby. This song is mainly telling (in the shouting part) all the health issues he had and is therefore a reply to the own fans.
Please continue with MTH, they are one of the most creative (but also crazy) band out there. Might be sometimes bit difficult to catch up with the transitions, but it is worth.
