The last part of the song they are singing about a file sharing service named Winny, similar to Napster.
The talking at the end Daisuke (harsh vocals) is ordering everyone to stop using Winny. Nao (the drummer) says he’s scaring the kids and they run off except 1. Then he asks the last kid not to use it. Nao replies by saying that Winny is already dead and the only person who uses it is Daisuke’s mom. Then they show a picture of her briefly and cut to the mascot scene.
(I don’t speak Japanese just that’s what I’ve picked up from other reactors when someone described what was going on.)
