I prefer tamu’s drumming in this song, and nemophila has two guitarists, so the sound is more richer than the original，their best cover song imo🤘🏻🌸🤘🏻

Great reaction. These two MTH covers are so so very good, you can tell the ladies had an absolute blast doing these. Mayu’s singing fits so well with this song and Tamu’s part is perfection. There is recent YT post by OvD that shows Tamu “auditioning” for a MTH side band project, but really was just there to meet them since she’s a big fan, especially of Nao their drummer.
Also, thanks for finding a way to post your reactions to the originals. The original video mimics what happens in the Death Note anime which this was the closing credit song. Basically, there is a demonic notebook that if your name is written in it, you die, hence all the “imposter” groups dropping dead. Fantastic cover of a fantastic song from a fantastic anime series. Good job brother!

Hara-chan is doing the MTH symbol and also wearing MTH shirt with the same sign of the skeleton arms.
The original song was used for the Death Note Anime series. The video was a nod to the basic premise of the show.
That corssed arms horns sign is something Maximum The Hormone have been using on shirts and whatnot for a long time. Also not sure if you are aware, but MTH drummer Nao IS female (and of course does quite a few vocal parts, just like the rest of the band do).
Also a lot of what is going on in MTH’s video for this song actually references the anime show Death Note where this song (as well as “What’s Up People?”) was used.
