I think it’s a shame that people are complaining about the voice acting, all of the characters sound amazing in this trailer! Not to mention the soundtrack and MAPPA going all out with the animation and coloring. This got me so hyped

I’m glad that they’re doing a new ending every episode (far as I’ve heard). I think a good opening is important but in CSM’s case I think the ending is a lot more important, since they usually have more emotion, in contrast to openings which are usually just “hype”. There are so many emotions to be felt in this show, that change really quickly, so I think this is an incredible idea

I imagined the opening to be exactly like this – high energy vocals, with some drum and bass mixed in there. It suits the chaotic nature of chainsaw man. This is going to be anime of the year man. I love the manga and I am going to love the anime even more
We’re getting a different ED every episode, and a different Artist every ED? They also chose the cleanest colour pallet. So happy Tatsuki Fijumoto was film-inspired and refrenced movie scenes with his panelling, framing and pacing to really make it feel like a movie, it was made for an anime adaptation; props Mappa!!!

Words can’t be described of what this godly trailer gave me. From the visuals, animations, voice casting, *12 DIFFERENT ENDINGS* , it’s really just full hype. As a manga reader, seeing this becoming an anime is obvious but the love and care they put into this is insane and well deserved. Maybe someday, MAPPA will animate the rest of Fujimoto’s works like “Fire Punch” (as a series) and even “Goodbye Eri” (as a movie) but right now, I just can’t wait for October 11!!

Es increíble cuánto dinero están invirtiendo en esto tanto como para que Kenshi Yonezu, ano, Eve, Aimer, Kanaria, Queen Bee, ZUTOMAYO, TK y Vaundy entre otros sean parte de los endings (solo faltaba Coldrain para el opening y era realmente insuperable, en cuánto a lo musical) espero que las ganancias que obtengan sean el triple para financiar una segunda temporada ya que se lo merece

It’s crazy how far anime’s animation has come over the years when you’ve got dedicated animators like these.
What makes the fight scenes looks so crazy alone in itself is that the actual panels are already worth storyboard material
Fujimoto has a good eye for action spectacle so I’m sure it wasn’t too much of a brain pull storyboarding most of these fights
I’m just excited to see how they elevate a lot of the fight scenes

It’s funny to me that people who dislike Makimas voice are only revealing that they misunderstood her character. Her entire design is built around the idea that she’s unassuming and cute but dark inside. It makes perfect sense that her voice would match the facade. Instead people got so caught up in the meme of her being a dom that they imagined her sounding like rangiku from bleach.

Just finished reading the manga. This is gonna be an excellent anime especially with the animation.
I saw the first episode yesterday at a premiere.
They nailed everything.
The anime is already hyped by everyone but can we talk about THE MUSIC. A different ed for every episode damn mappa really be going for it and kenshi yonezu!!!! My fav jpop artist doing the opening I am in love

全員の声まじでぴったりだし特にデンジの声優は新人だけど上手くてイメージに合ってて最後の叫び声はほんとに鳥肌立ったわ、op米津玄師はガチで神
米津さんが「原作の力が凄くて似つかわしい音を探していくのが難しかった」ってコメントしてたけど、常田さんのエッジの効いたアレンジの上で珍しく荒ぶって歌う米津さんが聞けた事が、この作品に携わったからこそ見れた”米津玄師”のドスの効いた一面って感じがして、色んなところで化学反応が起きてるのが凄く凄い(語彙死)
新宿の改札のとこの映像めっちゃかっこよかった。しかも歌ちょっと長く聴けるし。

I believe that this will be the best anime series of 2022. I can’t wait for it to air, and after seeing the trailer, I have high hopes that Mappa won’t disappoint.
The fact that Chainsaw Man will have 12 ED is literally insane.
Everything about it is perfect exactly what I imagined along with the voice actors they fit each character well

MAPPA snatched throughout a short span of few years, somehow, amazing mangas to animate which by themselves are already legendary and sought out by all the established companies (like A-2, Bones, TMS etc)!
Then when you deliver content (eg. Jujutsu Kaisen & Jujutsu Kaisen 0 ) with outstanding and extremely detailed Animations + insanely well designed music to back up the story these mangas offer, you know they will be always remembered in history for pushing Anime Animation Industry even further (like ufotable with the Demon Slayer Series & films).
I swear I have never seen the entire world manga/anime community being so hyped about a release of an anime from manga in decades!
Not even Naruto (“THE LAST ” movie & last arc), One Piece (Wano Arc), My Hero Academia (film and seasons) were this hyped!! And these are very well established series!
I hope and pray these animators and sound designers get well paid, get good rest and thank you again for delivering such amazing experiences to us viewers!!

原作一気読みしてきた。途中から内容が理解できなくて置いてけぼり食らった読者は私だけじゃないはず…。
アニメだと動きも付くし細かい描写も増えるから、もっとしっかり話を理解できそうで楽しみ

米津玄師ってこれまでにもアニメ主題歌やドラマ主題歌もcmソングもたくさん歌ってるし、それら全てが作品ぴったりの神曲なのに、チェンソーに主題歌決まってこの動画で見た時にこれほど「米津玄師あるいはハチ」がぴったりな作品あるか？？？？？って解釈が100点満点中1000000000000点だと思ったんだけど誰かわかる人いない？あの方の世界観って感じがすごいと言うか ハチ時代から好きだったのもあって感動もだけどそれ以上に嬉しさがやばい

チェンソーマンは一通り読んだだけの人だけど、opの0:59の歌詞がデンジとマキマを連想させるような感じがして好き。米津さんの曲はやくフルで聴きたい

Awesome!!!! I hope everyone at MAPPA gets a raise after this, CSM is such a masterpiece and with this level of animation and voice acting (Prolly better than demon slayers honestly) it is awesome. Crazy how far animation has come since like 2011.

I think it’s a shame that people are complaining about the voice acting, all of the characters sound amazing in this trailer! Not to mention the soundtrack and MAPPA going all out with the animation and coloring. This got me so hyped

Chainsaw Man will be a one of the greatest animation in the world!
Chainsaw Man uses classical themes of transforming hero and devil. Mixing two themes makes a wonderful cool animation. I remember the book of “A Technique for Producing Ideas” that show the importance of connecting the ideas that already exist. It is well known, but to know and to do is quite different things. This animation is one of the good example for this.

The voice acting is perfect, just as I imagined. Some people complained about Makima’s voice, for me it’s understandable, because a deeper and more mature voice would fit her too. But the current youthful voice also brings out the contrast of this character (oops hope I didn’t spoil too much

声優さん目的で観始めたけどやばいハマった……。何だこのアニメ何だこの作品……。近いうちに単行本買う世界線見えてきたんだけど…。曲も良曲すぎるし色々と良すぎて鳥肌全開でハゲた。
