I am TOOBOE handled the episode 4 of Chainsaw Man. I am definitely a fun of this work since it has been started and I could not stop feeling the sympathy for the craving and the sense of defeat including the motif is unexpectedly a dog . The episode 4 is about the closing thoughts of Power , therefore, I cram her nimbleness and insanity in the music.

This is a love letter step for Power fans, Mappa really gave all his love to this girl to create a fun ED that makes us excited every day.

This made me realise what it means to have passion behind a project, when your favourite animator goes home to practice what they really love, they’re drawing chainsaw man. The people behind that awesome anime fight drew what they had to for work and then went home and came up with the coolest ideas for they’re actual favourite anime. Everyone on this staff loves what they’re working on and are clearly thinking “Ok but how can we make this better” or “wouldn’t it be insane if we drew him like that” because they genuinely want this to look as good as they can, they’ll come in the next day with extra sketches of their favourite character and with knew ideas on making a shot look better. When someone you follow on twitter is posting a cool animation that they made in their spare time, this is what they’re working on.

I have a new appreciation for power after watching this, she was always one of my favorite characters but the anime has made me come to enjoy her much more so far

What I like about this ED is that most of Power’s outfits here are based on those famous outfits made by fan arts and MAPPPA finally made it canon !! 😭❤
狂気と可愛らしさが完璧に両立してる最高のエンディング。みゃーこがドアップになって一瞬止まるところと指を何度もフリフリする動き好きすぎる。マジで天才が集まって作られてるアニメだわ。最高。
Gotta give it to MAPPA and the artist who helped in the creation of this ending. They know Power is best girl, so they made an entire ending dedicated to her. Amazing.
I like how each episode the credit is different and adds more unique stuff to match the vibes whereas other anime just the same basic thing. Chainsaw Man is already very unique for that

This regards the full version of the song.
This song is perfect for power and perfectly captures her character progression across the series.
I believe that the first verse comes from power’s perspective from before she became a fiend.
The second verse is after becoming a fiend, learning to appreciate meowy, and meetings makima and more importantly, Denji.
And the third verse is power coming to terms with the feelings she has towards her newfound family.
The lines don’t forget my existence and the one about breaking free from control hit a lot harder too after you remember Power’s sacrifice and final words to Denji.
Hell, I’m even reading into the screams that open and close the song being the death screams of the blood devil, possibly being killed by chainsaw man before respawning in the human world and then again back in hell!

Something about chainsaw man that i noticed is that each episode has a unique ending. Like i know its obvious in hindsight but some shows dont show eps early on or they change it up the first couple of episodes but after 4 episodes its painfully clear. Ive never seen or heard of a show having different eps for each episode, let alone unique animations and visuals to go along with each one. This one in particular is 1:29 seconds of the whole show to never be repeated again and you wouldnt be able to know just how little of a snipbit this is if you were just looking online for eps. The shows creators are going, and i dont mean this loosly, all fucking out.

Also, I really hate how no one from the english comments even mentions the artist. If you don’t know him, I highly recommend you to listen to „heart” and „oxygen”, they truly are great songs

I’m so surprised how every Ed fits the general vibe of the episode if not the entire show. The artists knew what they were doing. I feel like this one was a love letter to the Power fans.
刃渡り2億センチの圧倒的チェンソーマン感に「もう毎週これでええ……！」てなってたのに、4話EDの圧倒的パワー感に「最高じゃあ〜〜〜〜」て手のひらを返させられてる。
原作を何度も読み返して先の展開を知り尽くしているので、ぶっちゃけ週替わりEDが一番楽しみ。
錠剤、EDで流れてからフルで聴きまくってるけど、後半の「支配を取っ払って自由になろうぜ」でサイコーーーーーーになった

I am so in love with the fact that all my favorite artists are doing openings and endings for this show, it makes the watching experience even better as a fan of Kenshi Yonezu or TOOBOE, for example.
As a fan of the anime, this is truly one of the best endings out of all of them, due to it’s chaotic and loud nature, representing Power.

And as a manga reader, this ending is both a joy and a pain for me. Power, truly developed into a much better, loveable, funny, and quite a loving character. Her selfless acts were truly the beacon of good character development.
it is a legendary occasion when an amazing manga has an equally amazing anime adaptation and for it to capture the exact same energy the manga had with things like music
