The song is about the rough time the guitarist Ryu had in middle school being bullied. In English the title loosely translates to pre-emptive revenge.
What do I think of MTH? I’m in my late 40s and I’ve listened to all kinds of shit. MTH restored my love of music. Nearly every new band I’ve stumbled on over the last decade made me instantly say “I’ve already heard this, it’s just XYZ band with ABC band’s influence.” MTH made me say “OK, THIS I haven’t heard before.” People say they’re influenced by SoaD without knowing they’ve been around just as long as SoaD. Not to mention they’re more experimental telling me it’s more likely that SoaD just might be influenced by MTH.
This is a _great_ rabbit hole to go down for experimenting in what’s possible with music.

she had “bikini sports ponching” in one of her videos
i had some research to do to figure out who they were (back in the days) not as easy as nowadays ;D
but the rest is history
they are amazing and will always have a spot in my playlist
also the song “bikini sports ponching” would be a great song for you to react to, really crazy and fun

I do not think they have toured the US since 2017. I think they played a festival since then but that was one show.
