How do u even manage to spell Menkata Cottelee that way? lmao Japanese divides everything in syllable, they don’t pronounce the full world as itself.
So it would be like: Me n ka ta – ko tt-e ri (japanese don’t have L sound, it’s just r)

If u wanna pronounce that the right way try to just say “men” (like in english) “kata” (like “cut-a”) , while for “cottelee” is very close as “cottage” but has the “lee” at the end so it’s the “le” of lend but the “e” sound is prolonged. See? it wasn’t that difficult xD

Anyway the whole song is a “sequel” of a previous song they did back in 2011. They often sing about food, because they like to eat (duh) but then the guitarist got sick and doctor told him that if he continued to eat unhealthy he would die, so he started a diet (as you can see in the video is very different from what he looks like in the intro part) but people didn’t like that and said they preferred old fat Ryo-kun ( it’s his name) , so basically this song is a huge “fuck you” to these “”””fans”””””.
