This shit was wild to see when I was a preteen. This was also probably one of their most viewed music videos before they took them all down from yt.

People always seem to overlook the major influence the Red Hot Chili Peppers have had on M.T.H., the bass player is a big fan.

Yes! Back at it again with another MTH! It’s honestly really great to see how much y’all enjoy this band as much as we the viewers/subscribers do! Please we want more! 😁

I love that you appreciate this band as much as I do. I had my mind blown away several years ago as well.

they singing in Japanese but their pronunciations and grammers are very unique. almost Japanese people can’t catch a word of they singing without subtitles.

It’s always so damn enjoyable to watch you enjoy MtH and just fall in love with their music more and more with each amazing song. No other band I know of that can mix such epic music with humour in the same way.

Absolutely love this track, good choice checking it out! I don’t think you guys have checked out live footage yet though have you? If not I strongly recommend getting in on that hype, they’re ace live!

LMAO! I remember this video, can’t wait you to see the Live version of this, actually this is the song that has a disco ball on their Live performance that I was talking about. Very funny and weird video lol. More MTH, be careful and Good Luck /,,/

You guys should also react to the song Five by Another Story and the song Killing Me by Sim. They’re both like post-hardcore. And Crystal Lake’s cover of Rollin by Limp Biscuit.

MTH always makes us fun. This is the music. In Japan, “On Gaku” means music. “On” means sound, “Gaku” means having fun. So, MTH is the music, and MTH is the “On Gaku”. Awesome forever

Two things.
1. That was hella wild.
2. I’ve listened to “Deloused in the Comatorium” by The Mars Volta an unknown amount of times and have no idea what those lyrics mean.

I think there was a live video of this song, so you might want to watch it later.

This isn’t planet Ryo language. That was only for VAP.
All MTH lyrics are hard to understand even as a Japanese, first because it has no grammar but instead writes a collage of words that sound cool and second because Ryo makes up words at times. But Ryo makes every single effort to make himself understood. He writes long explanations in the lyrics cards, he made a 15+ hour video game out of his pocket money (10 million yen!) where you have to complete it to get the passwords to watch the other DVDs, he published a book attached to their album etc. So if you have actually listened to their music without Spotify/Youtube etc, you would have already pretty much got an idea of what he has to say. There are some songs where he hasn’t revealed the lyrics to though (like “Kill all the 394”).

Hello from Japan! I enjoyed watching some of those videos! I’m so glad that you guys are introducing me to a band that I loved during my youth. As you may have already noticed, the band professes to be strongly influenced by Tool, and in fact includes homages in many places, including this song.(There’s a scene in this video that reminds me of Vicarious.) If you like this song, listen to some of MTH’s other songs, and even though they’re not a Japanese band, listen to destrage!I think you’ll like it.
