I would love to see them in concert too. I would have to wear pads and a helmet because here in the U.S. they would cause mosh pits and Americans take moshing very seriously, it is a full contact sport! Great reaction, thanks for reacting to this video!

They talk a lot in concerts, joke a lot, troll the public and do other stuff like eat and theater like intermezzos. But it’s understandable this concert was kind of chill, the energy in others it’s amazing borderline maniacal (I never see a band like them). Three songs in a row can exhaust an athlet so I think they talk and joke to give some rest and drink for the next three or four songs. And it’s always at maximum energy, even when Ryu was overweight.

Hello. There is whole concert video in the internet you can try to find. Its name: MTH – preparing for revenge 2015

The Metlock live video used in this reaction video has been deleted dozens of times before, but they keep re-upping it like a phoenix lol
Is this video okay?

This is a festival in Tokyo and in obviously 2015. On the Saturday it was Maximum The Hormone and on Sunday around the same time of the day it was Babymetal.
If you think the Maximum the Hormone performance has a crazy crowd, you need to see Babymetal at the same show. It’s even crazier. Among Babymetal fans, Metrock 2015 is one of the ‘gold standards’ when it comes to Babymetal shows & crowds. At this festival Babymetal had a separate merchandise queue next to all the other bands. And from what I heard 9 in 10 shirts at the festival was a Babymetal shirt.
Babymetal has performed 3 times in Australia at the Good Things Festival in Dec. 2018. Maximum the Hormone performed 5 times in Australia in 2010.
Babymetal at Metrock 2015 is the full show (almost 40 minutes and Babymetal doesn’t stop, it’s song after song). The reason it’s not on Youtube is because of copyright obviously. As far as I know it’s instantly blocked.
The Maximum The Hormone one when uploaded on Youtube might stay for a short while (it used to also be instantly blocked), but always gets taken down so far. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a full version of that one.
A solution exists to react to content which can’t be uploaded on Youtube, it’s called link&sync, you just have a link which has 2 videos playing next to each other, your video and the original video from an other source than Youtube. No editing needed on your side. Just to specify when you start your reaction in your video. An other option is streaming on Twitch, I’ve seen people have less copyright problems there.

Man, I was hoping for some good new live footage of them from Hellfest in france this year but it got delayed again. Really hope they’re using the spare time to work on a new album, Yoshu Fukushu is 8 years old at this point (hasn’t aged a bit but I’m always hungry for new MTH stuff).

Listening to an album can be summarised by this: “This isn’t bad… WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?! punk? Breakdown… DEATHCORE?! WHAT THE FUCK? that was a good song…”

I saw them in NYC a few years back and oh my God was it amazing. I hope you get to see them live someday because their shows are unreal

MtH are schedule for Hellfest next year. Although you might have a better chance of seeing them in Japan next year.

Nah no video for “F” but it’s for the DBZ film resurrection “F” so you can react to that!

I actually wanted to see the concert without some dude reacting every god damn minute to what’s happening …

And keep in mind, this is a freaking JAPANESE CROWD! The Japanese are normally very reserved, and don’t really get hype like the west does. However, MTH gets EVERYONE fucking headbanging, regardless of culture.

I got to see MtH live last year in London. I thought Babymetal at Hammersmith Odeon was the most intense gig I had been to; but MtH turned the dial up serveral levels. They were Beyond Awesomeness!!
A must see band live.

One of the best and most underrated bands of this century! … should have the same fame and respect like Sepultura, Slayer, Tool just to name a few

Japanese bands are so professional, did you hear their album ? Yes ? Well it’s exactly the same sound, tempo, etc in live. Woah… Oo

They are awesome musicians, love this band. There used to be more live footage on Youtube, but it disappeared. I think I still have 2 or 3 live gigs from youtube somewhere on a HD.

I’m so happy to see MTH live footage on foreign people’s YouTube channel because it’s very hard to find one for me, even Japanese. And I like your reaction!

Fun fact: these guys were supposed to come to Australia in 2009 for Sound Wave. But then Nao got pregnant and they had
to pull out 😢 that was before they really blew up with all the reaction channels. I was all set to see them at Sound Wave Sydney but sadly, it never happened. I’m still holding out hope they’ll come out here one day.

I remember watching this video on Facebook when it came out.
It’s so sad this live video is blocked on my country. I can’t find it anywhere.

Just a fucking WAVE of headbanging!! Those crowds always go so fucking hard 🤟🔥🔥🔥
Loved them since high school when I first watched Death Note, and it’s still so good to see all the same bands members 🙌 One of my favorite drummers too! She’s so fucking good, and also has such a command of the crowd as well. So iconic!
