Your mic is trying to give you that “mosh pit experience” if u don’t leave a concert without some broken ribs and stabbed toes, it was a lame crowd LOL

Damn! I was just about to comment saying, “please like this vid! I want more MTH content from these awesome guys!” But then you said you were gonna do them anyways, WHICH IS GREAT! LOVE TO HEAR! Much love from Texas! Keep up the amazing work!

As per request from Yuka. H in this comment section just to share what “Chu 2” 中2means in Japanese. It means 2nd year in middle school, so around 13-14 year olds. Basically a song about coming of age/puberty. FYI Sho, short for Sho-gakko(elementry school), Chu, short for Chu-gakko(middle school), Ko, short for Ko-ko (high school), Dai, short for Dai-gaku (University)

The chime at the beginning is a Japanese school bell which is known as Westminster Chime. Same sound Big Ben makes in Westminster, London

This one isn’t chu chu the beam but it’s chu 2 (ni) the beam. Chu 2 means second year junior high school. As you may have already noticed, this whole album is about school life.

One of my favourites from this album! Such a fucking fun fast song. Also, Nao nailing that double kick bass! VIVA CHUBOU! Also, watch out for that mic next time 🙂

Looking forward to Swomints 🙂 that’s another underrated song on the album

Yeah, it’s really killing. The title is ‘Eighth grade beam’ in English. I’ve always loved this song, but unfortunately no music video has been made. In the lyrics, it is a song that sings a wrestling ring on the school platform, clinching tomodachi (friends), rubbing the breasts of fat boys, such crazy fuss, and heartfelt smiles of eighth grade school boys.

Chūnibyō (中二病) is a colloquial term typically used to describe early teens who have delusions of grandeur, who so desperately want to stand out that they have convinced themselves they have hidden knowledge or secret powers. The term has been popularized by the light novel and anime series Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions. Wikipedia
The term translates literally to “middle two disease”, i.e. middle-school second-year syndrome. That’s why they sing like “Chu-gaku(middle-school) what you gonna freedom~♪”

Ah yes the classic MtH song “Julie’s a Beard”!! Well that’s what I hear them sing in the chorus anyway even though I know they must be singing “Chu ni the beam” (ni = 2). I just enjoy singing what it sounds like they are singing in English cos I’m weird – is it just me?

And as for why I haven’t recommended this song; there’s no bad MtH song, so I recommend you listen to all of them but since you’re already doing that…
