oh, and a reason why their newer stuff sounds much harder is not only their personal development but also that the production got much much better.
you can hear it good when your listen to track 8 of the album “Haiyani Spain”, because they rerecorded that song in 2018 and i highly recomend that you guys check that one out too, maybe even as a reaction or maybe even both in the same react video for a comparison.
it hits HARD! there you can hear the production, as also their updated playstyle, for example nao uses in the new release dubble bass/kick drum, which is not in the 2005 release. And it is freakin’ awesome.

Hey dicodec! Just wanted to point out. The voice that was singing when you said “daisike is still finding his voice” I belive is actually futoshi the bass player. Which is cool cz he rarely ever sings!

This song bringS a lot of nostalgia. I play a lot of drummania when i was In college (19y/o). This song is in drummania 9th mix. Met my first bf from playing drummania in arcade. And now, Im in my 30’s and still loving MTH! My 5 yr old loves Yoshu fukushu! Lol>_<.
Oh wow! 17 year old me would have lost her shit, listening to that..lol..
Also good to see that they stayed true to themselves..and have better production now..

There are days when Rokkinpo Goroshi is my favorite MTH album but it really depends on the mood I’m looking for. Y’all obviously know where they ended up (which absolutely rules) but at this point they had *way* more punk in their sound and hit a different vein for me. Can’t wait until you get to Houchou Hasami Cutter Knife and Rock Bankurawase, my favorites along with the title track and they are both pure Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater energy.

Came here to say this still isn’t “Mr. Tambourine Man”. This is still a great song, and also a great album. All their albums are phenomenal. Unfortunately “Mr. Tambourine Man” is from the EP just before this album, Kusoban(shit disc). Still hope you get around to it, and also still hoping you get to Pay Money to my Pain: Sweetest Vengeance, or 13 Monsters.
Edit: “Mr. Boogie Tambourine Man” is the actual title.

Wow. My first mth song ive heared and i was sold but after this the following albums kept me more and more in their music. I think i would forgot them if not their yoshu fukushu album. Still a nice song way better then other stuff ive heared from other bands in their early years. Btw there is a video were nao is playing an drums arcade to this song so funny to watch. You dont have to react to it just watch it for yourself 🙂

I love this album. Not as polished as their later work but you can see the beginnings of their sound coming together. Also very funk/punk sound to this album as a whole. I got into this band with both Buikikaesu and this album and have never regretted it.

This was my first song I’ve heard from them when I played an arcade game called Drummania 10th Mix. Arcade drum set. Super fun to play on drums and is instrumental on how I learned to play drums.
