You can never go wrong with Maximum the Hormone! Some fun facts, the drummer from Band-Maid, Akane, was inspired to play drums after seeing the MTH drummer. The drummer is the older sister of the guitarist. Flea is a big influence on the bassist. So much so, he plays the same bass and even has one of the same tattoos as Flea. The harsh vocalist can also play drums. If you have ever seen the anime Death Note, MTH play the season 2 opening song and later on the ending credit song. They are also known to switch up styles of music several times in a single song and troll their fans and haters in their songs.

One of the best from Japan. Truly unique sound. Heavy punk based origins, very interesting how there sound has evolved from the early 2000’s. One of Marty Friedman’s favorite bands. You can never pigeonhole them in any one genre. Every song is a rollercoaster ride.
Listen to yoshu fukushu! One of their best for me. Or buiikikaesu (older song) or just every song You find.you literally cant go wrong
Yoshu fukushu, Alien, What’s Up People, Zetsubou Billy, Bu-ikikasu, You have a LOT to catch up on. MTH is an absolute beast of a band. Hungry Pride is great, but there are so many better songs to choose from. If you are interested, I can get you all of their videos. Many of them are on Youtube. I live in Japan and I have been a HUUUGE MTH fan for over 10 years. I love your honest reaction to these guys. Keep them coming!
Fun fact: Hirose Akane the drummer of Band Maid is a huge fan of this group’s female drummer.

Great recommendations in the comments so far, but just remember that Maximum the Hormone are also a bunch of trolls. They routinely troll their fans and the music industry with their songs and their videos. This one is one of their more straightforward songs. Something like ALIEN and Let’s Talk About Menkatta Cottelee are more…different…
