MTH is so good, no wonders it is one of the best japanese and most known bands out there. Surprised you still had not seen this song, ALIEN is awesome.
As a bass guitarist, I feel like working with Tamu would be a dream come true. She’s clearly so skilled and looks like such a fun person to play with.
Speaking of how Mayu and the band get into the spirit of the songs they cover, have you seen NEMOPHILA’s version of MAKE YOU HAPPY? It will make your day!
The exchange between NAO and DAISUKE-HAN at the end ALIEN is comical, but you stopped the video before it finished. Go back and watch very end.
Love the Show Ya clip. Remember though they are playing 80s style metal so it’s not gonna be as technical as today’s music so I always make that allowance. For this version I always listen to Sun Go’s 🎸 guitar work as she seems to make a wide sound like its 2 guitar players not one. Saki is one of her biggest fans.
They just released a cover of Journey’s Separate Way’s last Friday.. As usual it turned out great. Tamu even had on a fake mustache, and used a traditional grip.
Check out Nemophilla’s covers of Maximum The Hormone’s ( Shimi and Billy in despair ) shows just how much influence they have had on the Japanese metal scene.

The drummer for this Undead Corporation video is different than the drummer in the other Undead Corporation videos. The drummer in the other videos is FUMIYA from Unlucky Morpheus. I’m not sure of this drummer’s name 🤘😊🤘

Guess The Genius Orchestration (flying V gal) was a project that was a group of musicians going on a small venue tribute Dragon Force tour.
Nemophila’s drummer Tamu Murata did play (audition??) on an X Japan tribute group called Daisuke Kurosawa Cover Project.
