Winny was the Japanese equivalent of Napster…Always expect the unexpected with MTH.
Like what was said before, Winny was the Japanese equivalent to Napster. However, when this song came out, Winny was essentially dead and not a thing. That’s what the drummer was explaining to the singer. The last portion of the song was basically them making fun of pop singers still crying about Winney (hence the tears) these guys definitely don’t take themselves seriously and have been known to play jokes on their fans as well and have written a song calling out trolls 🤘😊🤘
This is so Cool. The third of my new favorites discovering the Perfect MTH song. At the end Nao (drummer) tells Daika (growler) that Winny hasn’t been a ‘thing’ in a long time – and then tells him he’s acting like his mother. (that was a picture or his mother)
Yeah, I love MTH. They’re serious musicians that don’t take themselves too seriously.
