As far as I understand it the song is about how one of them had to change his eating habits/strict diet because of health reasons. So the song is about food in that sense.
More importantly the reason they created the song was because they got a lot of complaints how his voice has changed and this song is basically say: hey this is for health reasons what you want to do ?

The pop song opening was an April fools joke they had recorded (saying they had gone pop, and were leaving rock behind). The behind-the-scenes footage was of guitarist/singer Ryo the Maximum, documenting his unhealthy eating habits that made him very sick, forcing him to take a long hiatus, change his diet and lose a lot of weight. Keying off the idea that “they had changed”, the girl in the beginning represents the fans who wanted Ryo to remain the lovable goofy fat guy who they identified with (a lot of MtH lyrics deal with being the outcast or rejected by society). She was watching an older video that shows Ryo-kun at his “lovable” disgusting best (the puking, which is a clip from their self-titled song “Maximum the Hormone”, also worth reacting to). This leads into the reveal of the new healthy Ryo, puking on her phone and rocking out.

The song itself is about the pain Ryo was in while being unhealthily heavy, and how it was affecting him, and how fans that want him to go back to that unhealthy weight are bad fans, and how he will never go back to that lifestyle.

Reactions to this song are becoming some of my favourite. They’re sort of predictable since everyone ends up dancing along to the part sung by Nao after the initial shock and everyone comments on how delicious the noodles at the end look. But most importantly, you cannot watch this video and not fall in love with MtH. Not just their insane abilities to mix genres and make a fucking banger, but also their humour and the atmosphere between the members.

recently I saw a lot of people reacting of Maximum The Hormone song and I feel so happy about it.
Actually there was in the line up of the Hell Fest but because of that fucking shit of Corona they had to cancel it past year but also this year and they don’t know yet if they will have an other one because of the lost of money.
I really wanted to see them on the big stage I hope they come next year.
